Payment Terms:

• 50% Advance And 50% at the Time of Dispatch of goods.

Other Conditions:

• Minimum Quantities of Packing Material Needs to Be Buy. The Balance Stock After the Production of The Ordered Quantity Will Be in Buyers Account at Actual Rates.
• All Trademarks Related & Brand Name Related Responsibility Will Be Born by Buyer.
• All types of SGS / Other inspection / Registration / Attestation charges will be to Buyer’s account, if any.
• All Taxes (GST) Will Be Extra as Applicable.
• In case of Third-Party Export, where GST is exempted against H-Form, buyer has to keep value equivalent to H-Form as deposit which will be refunded to the buyer when HForm is Provided.
• The Rates Do Not Include Any Freight or Insurance Charges. Ex-Works will be Applicable from Surat.
